Andres is the founder of Cartosoft, LLC, a small startup in Portland, Oregon that specializes in web-based geospatial solutions. Prior to starting Cartosoft, Andres was the VP of Operations for Geographic Technologies Group, a leading firm in geographic information systems (GIS) for local governments. Andres has over 12 years of experience with geospatial technologies, and he has worked in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He is also a regular contributor for ProgrammableWeb.com.
