Andrew Bidochko, Co-Founder, Mashup Technologies, LLC
I see myself as a technical artist; I try to bring the best solutions and new innovative technologies to all the work I do. I do my best to stay away from non hi-quality projects. If I'm going to do project, I'm going to do it right, or I'm not going to do it at all. JavaScript and PHP are my strong points. Along with Ruby I see them as one of the best solution for agile web developmet. I'd had lots of experience architecting and developing complex, high-volume projects. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, WEB standards and technologies is very helpful in my work. PHP and JavaScript frameworks (either open source or home brewed) and design patterns are my best friends in modern web development. AJAX, JSON and APIs are not just buzzwords – I’m using them heavily and efficiently building rich web applications.
I'm a founder and developer of MapBuilder.net - tool that is used to build and share custom Google and Yahoo maps.
Things I'd like to do at Mashup Camp
- Meet with other developers.
- Talk about some things around mashups from developer's point of view.
- Do not miss interesting sessions.
- Discuss using Google/Yahoo APIs in commercial applications.
