Christopher Keene, CEO, WaveMaker Software

Chris Keene (www.keeneview.com) is the CEO of WaveMaker Software. WaveMaker is a browser-based, drag and drop tool for building web applications. WaveMaker Studio was built using WaveMaker, which means that it is easy to ship the WaveMaker Studio as a customization tool for any WaveMaker app (sort of an open source version of Force.com). WaveMaker creates standard Java applications based on Dojo, Spring, Hibernate.

Chris sits on the boards of Kapow and Reportive. In 2006, he was a professor of entrepreneurship at INSEAD in Paris. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of NASDAQ-listed Persistence Software, and has worked at McKinsey & Company, Hewlett Packard and Ashton Tate. Chris is an avid open water swimmer, extreme skier and middling steel string guitar player.
