I am a PhD Student in the American Culture Studies Program at Bowling Green State University.

While I am not a programmer to any extent, some people may think I am since I am often one of the more computer savvy in a room filled with those that are not computer savvy.

I am interested in studying mash-up culture

- everything from wikis to mashed video and mash-up (bastard pop) music

- in particular I am interested in legal issues, concepts and problems of ownership and authorship, and manner of distribution.
