Here's my bio/profile.

Jonathan Boutelle (email jon AT uzanto.com) is a principal at Uzanto Consulting. A software engineer by training, his interests lie at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience.

He is the technical architect of MindCanvas, a Flash/AJAX based rich web application developed by Uzanto for doing remote user research.

He studied Computer Science at Brown University, and has worked as a software engineer for Advanced Visual Systems (a data visualization company) and Commerce One (a B2B enterprise software company). He writes an occasional article on his blog.
