Six months have passed since the popular Mashup Monetization Models session at MashupCamp1. Lets follow-up on this theme, but take it further with examples. Feel free to list your ideas here.
- Ad generated revenue (Google, Yahoo, etc.)

- Vertical specific ads/sponsorship (Addidas for world-cup related mashup)
- Affilliate links (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- Premiums services (1-5 users free. Pay for additional users/services, etc.)
- Mashup as an acquisition vehicle (build an innovative mashup, get acquired)
- Mashup as a resume builder (build an innovative mashup, get a job at Google, Yahoo, etc.)
- Summarize user generated data and sell for a fee

- uses local coupons through retailer stores for better deals for the consumers

- CellFire is sending coupons to cell phones (just raised $10M)
