Steven Robert is the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) of Automated Payment Highway, Inc - the parent company of the "Billhighway" suite of financial tools available at http://www.billhighway.com & http://www.billhighway.net.

Billhighway emerged in 1999 as the first split-payment provider for shared bills serving primarily consumers, often roommates attending college. Overtime our services grew to encompass property management companies (the electronic processing of rent) as well as large non-profit organizations managing hundreds of thousands of members throughout the US & Canada.

Over the past 5 years we've committed vast resources and significant investment to refine our payments platform to serve the growing needs of social communities and the unique requirements of shared/split money with an emphasis on informal debts. Using our services organizations, clubs, groups - even friends can gather/collect funds online to pay any variety of debt; whether for a group outing, gift, membership fee or partial payment toward another type of [shared] bill.

The uniqueness of our service is in our native ability to share/split/consolidate funds. Whether linking multiple bank accounts together to pay a shared bill (such as roommates paying a utility bill), several people pooling money for a group gift/event or outing, or a website which connects buyers & sellers and retains a fee/percent on a transaction - each can be accomplished with ease using Billhighway.
