Description
Clicking to Call/Conference/Transfer/Hold/etc from web apps is becoming more common. How will this trend embedding of realtime voice/video communication media show up in the context of mashups? What are the business drivers for adding this kind of capability to your mashup? What are the server side and client side VoIP technologies that are available commercially and in opensource to use in your mashup?
